Glide-In Menu

Click on the icon at the top of the menu to start the gliding action.
The menu will glide off the page and a "selector" box
with the same icon will slide onto the page.
Click on the icon again, and the action reverses.
Customize the colors, menu position, menu items, and add your own icon.
